HAPPY 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY, SENYUU.........I can't believe we've come this far already!!

Emotional rant under the cut because I am Sappy

Around seven years ago, I stumbled across Senyuu by complete accident. I had no idea what was going on or who the characters were but I was immediately intrigued!! Over the years I've gotten super invested in the series and have watched both Alba and Ros grow into fantastic heroes in their own ways. Despite the sort of crack comedy vibe the series gave off at first, as I continued to read the webcomic, the character development and backstory reveals of all the characters were so incredible and well-written that it brought me to tears on multiple occasions;; Senyuu's got a crazy talent of keeping things lighthearted and then plunging right into angst without any warning at all, which is one of my favorite things to experience in a series! And getting to literally watch everyone grow up from timeskip to timeskip is so enjoyable, because it gives them all a new level of maturity as they develop not only as characters but into fine adults :') Seeing Alba mature from a weak, unsure newbie into a powerful and confident hero (who doesn't put up with any of Ros' shit, he's LEARNED) was such a treat!!

Anyway putting that aside;; I can't even begin to describe how much this series and its characters mean to me. I've grown up reading about Alba and Ros' adventures fighting demons and dealing with wacky time travel shenanigans, all the while growing closer as friends and trusted companions. There's just something so special and unique about Senyuu that can't compare to anything else imo!! And through all of that I fell in love with these two idiots and are now one of my favorite ships of all time. They bring me a lot of pain...and happiness 🥺

So I just wanted to say thank you Haruhara, for bringing into existence such an amazing story, with all of its incredible characters and development!! Senyuu is definitely one of my favorite series of all time and will continue to remain that way for a long time to come, I'm sure. I'm so so so grateful I came across it, because I've gotten to enjoy the series itself, as well as meet some pretty amazing people in the fandom as well!! Y'all are my heroes ty for being awesome and putting content out 💖

OH YEAH SO I've been really wanting to make some human designs for the babylon rogues and this is the first design I came up with for Jet!!! my goal here was to make him look like he's actually 14 (or at least look under 18) and to make him look cool as fuck cause he's jet. couple things I wanna improve on is his outfit, cause at the moment he straight up looks like a reject yugioh character. I kinda just slapped on whatever came to mind, so yeah he looks a little bland in that department. I think it'll help pin pointing a type of fashion to dress him in cause it'll overall make his design more cohesive and stronger, so if anybody has any ideas on that just dm me or send me an ask. one thing I do wanna keep tho is the flame design on his sleeves (or at least somewhere on his clothing) cause I feel like its a good way to show that he's a little more imature compared to Wave and Storm, and he can't have tattoos yet cause he's a fucking rat baby. one thing I do really like tho is the hair and face so I don't think I'll be changing that 😎
